School of Ministry
Why did you start the school of ministry?
In this ministry is where we train leaders to equip them for the work of ministry. In this training we focus on teaching the students about Leadership, Church Administration, Christian and Ministerial Ethics, Church Planting, The Heart of a Minister, Intercession, etc. The School of Ministry also trains students how to thoroughly study the Bible, and utilizing available resources around them.
How do you recruit students?
To enter into the School of Ministry, the applicants must have a calling and a desire to do ministry.
How long is the training program?
This is an intense two month training program where the students are required to attend classes Mondays through Fridays from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.
How successful is the School of Ministry?
In 2004, we began the School of Ministry with 20 students and upon graduation, and we began seeing the fruits of this ministry. We have had a tremendous breakthrough in this ministry and as of 2007, we currently have 84 students enrolled. At Victory Living Word Church, there is phenomenal growth since our graduates have ventured into the field of ministry and as a result, new churches have been planted.
